The nutritional information provided for each meal is calculated to the best of the Company’s ability and is intended solely for informational purposes to promote consumer awareness. Variations in ingredient sourcing, preparation, cooking, or distribution processes may result in deviations from the stated values. Such information is provided as approximate estimates and does not constitute a guarantee of accuracy or precision. By purchasing or consuming the Company’s products, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they shall not dispute, claim, or legally challenge the accuracy of the advertised nutritional information.

Non-Laboratory-Based Estimates

The nutritional values presented are not derived from laboratory testing methods, including but not limited to chromatography or spectrometry. The stated values are approximations calculated using commercially available nutrition calculators and reputable resources, such as packaged food labels and reliable online nutritional databases.

Sources of Nutrition Data

The nutritional data is derived from the most current and accurate information available to the Company, primarily from packaged food labels. When such information is unavailable, the Company relies on credible online nutritional resources to provide reasonable estimates.

Ingredient Variations

The Company strives to maintain consistency in the ingredients and quantities used in meal preparation. However, substitutions or adjustments may be made without prior notice due to factors such as ingredient availability, business operations, or external circumstances. The Company reserves the right to make such changes at its discretion.

Disclaimer of Liability for Errors

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
